A contract will be deemed as active once a booking has been made and the deposit has been received. For your pets first holiday with us you will be required to complete a booking form with your contact details and your pets details, you will also be required to sign your name to show you agree to our terms and conditions for that holiday and also all future holidays your pets have with us. Failure to agree to sign our terms and conditions and show your rabbit’s up to date vaccination card will result in the cancellation of your booking, your deposit will not be refunded to you. All boarding fees must be paid in full on arrival of your pet. If you shorten your pets stay you will still be required to pay for the dates booked. You need to notify us of any cancellation as soon as possible before your pets holiday date is due.

Owners will be asked to bring proof of their address.

All visits for viewing, arrivals and departures need to be made via appointments during our opening times. If you cannot make your appointment time or you're running late please let us know so we can make sure we are available when you arrive. On departure day your pets must be collected by twelve noon (after this time you will be charged for an extra day). Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please remember not all animals are friendly so petting of our guests is not permitted by any visitors.

We only accept rabbits with an up to date vaccination card which have been vaccinated against Myxomatosis/RHD1 and RHD2. Your rabbits will need to have had these administered at least two weeks before their stay with us. Their vaccination cards will need to be shown on arrival. There is currently no vaccinations required for guinea pigs and other small animals.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any pet we believe to be not in good health. This is to protect other animals from catching a contagious condition so we will not put animals at risk.

In the event that your pet shows signs of illness we will try to contact you immediately, however if no contact can be made and we need to take your pet to the vet the cost of this along with their treatment will need to be covered by you the owner. An additional cost of £10.00 per hour will be charged to you for travel and waiting time. By signing the terms and conditions you agree to pay all your pets vet costs, these will need to be settled before your pet is released back into your care.

In the unlikely event that your pet passes away while in our care we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes. You will still be liable for any vet fees incurred if this is the case. We accept no liability if your pet becomes ill or passes away.

All pets and belongings left such as carry cases are left entirely at the owners own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for persons or their vehicle while visiting the premises.

At the present time there is no licensing required for the boarding of rabbits and other small pets, it is your responsibility to establish that a boarding facility is suitable for your pet requirements prior to making a booking.

If you do not collect your pet on the agreed departure date without prior agreement from us then you will be charged for any extra days at the cost of £25.00 each per night. If your pet is not collected within 10 days of the arranged departure date we reserve the right to rehome your pet.

We will not accept responsibility for any pet becoming pregnant. At no time will any pets come into direct contact with any other animal other than those they have been boarded with by their owner.

You agree you will provide your own pet’s dry food which should be sufficient for their stay with us.

We may at times photograph your pet for promotional purposes. If you are unhappy with this you can choose to opt out.
